Well I prefer to bore ppl to deaths in the hope all gets the idea of the fight as good as possible :). I always considered that going in without understanding the fight (not only reading and say ah ok I dps and move a bit or oh ok I do that) prolongs the wipes on a boss so I just try.

Also don't mind criticism unf I don't have the power to change my ways because it's a real stress as RL and I try to keep a bit of distance from personal feelings while doing that :P

You carry on as you are. If anything you might like to end your speeches with a small list of the really important parts to remember and not a list of any other business' that are bought up by raid members at the final moments.

Well, if you prefer to take everything I say to such negative levels, that's your problem IMO, not mine.
I wasn't being rude or derogatory, normally when I tell someone he/she sounds boring of looks like crap, we laugh about it and people know it's nothing too serious or something to be upset about.
You, on the other hand, only seem to be able to see the negative side of things and blow things out of proportion.

So, lighten up a bit, look at the bright side of things, ban the gloom and doom.
That's my personal opinion, about you.

PS: You know the problem about written text? It's often misinterpreted because you don't see a facial expression with it and you don't hear a voice behind it. It's sometimes hard to tell if something is meant to be taken lightly and when someone is actually insulting.

if someone doesn't like the way he leads raids and thinks he/she can do a better job, step up and do it. i don't think he'd mind. ..but as i recall, no one wanted to be raid leader.

Summer is phantastic though; Midnight sun and almost 18'C air temp. the best days, with a stunning 12-13'C in the water. Normally it's 12'C air temp. and cloudy with drizzling rain though. Summer even lasts close to 2 months!!

Did u guys know that around easter with a 5-6'C but sunny day in average, the norwegian freaks go out with t-shirts and eat ice-cream? While in the street u can also see some tourists with heavy jackets, gloves, scarf and "wool cap" - freezing to death.
