Top 20 teams from every BG
5v5:

Warrior: 138
Priest: 106
Shaman: 89
Mage: 78
Warlock: 69
Hunter: 35
Rogue: 29
Druid: 22
3v3:
Priest: 57
Warrior: 54
Warlock: 51
Paladin: 48
Mage: 41
Rogue: 35
Druid: 29
Shaman: 27
Hunter: 2
2v2:
Warlock: 57
Priest: 38
Rogue: 31
Paladin: 27
Druid: 27
Warrior: 25
Mage: 14
Shaman: 9
Hunter: 1 (Thank you, Hamchook)
Interesting facts:
1) Combat and mutilate remain most popular specs for rogue in all three brackets, although combat is leading in every bracket, the margin is very close in 3v3. Rogue’s most popular partner in 2v2 is priest followed by druid. Rogue’s most popular 3v3 partners are . . . you guessed it, The Golden Trinity of mage/priest, followed by warlock.
2) Druid is making huge progress in 2v2, tying the number of warriors/paladins at high level play. Warrior/paladin took a dive in 2v2 with all the warlock/healer teams around. The ability to break cyclone has very little impact on this class’s performance. It is top tier with either rogue or warlock.
3) Other than hunters, 3v3 is by far the best balanced format at the moment. Top tier only has around twice the presentation of bottom tier.
4) Priest is probably the best overall arena class at the moment, top three in every single bracket, and can compete as either holy or shadow in every bracket. It is also compatible with widest range of classes and teams.
Expectations:
Probably some serious buffs for hunter coming soon. I also believe mage is the best designed, best balanced and most skill oriented class for both 1v1 and arena play. Rogue isn’t too far behind either. It really is a situation where I feel the scrub express classes like warrior/paladin/warlock have it too good, as opposed to the lower tier classes really need significant help (hunter being the only exception).
Still, every class has at least one bracket they can compete for top spot in their BGs. I personally would change mortal strike’s -healing debuff to -30%, make resilience work against DOTs (300 resilience probably -10% overall damage or something along that line?), and make hunters better for smaller brackets. I don’t know if you need to make drastic changes other than tuning down warrior/warlock just a touch. Paladin believe it or not is almost 100% balanced in my eyes, maybe something can be done to nerf them a little in 5v5 but I don’t know how it can be done without affecting their mid-tier status in 2v2/3v3.
