* Cloak of Shadows: The buff from Cloak of Shadows now affect the entire party.




Good news! If this will remain, it will be a nice buff for Rogue utility in party and will reduce the strength of gib teams (aka 4 dps teams, mainly casters/doters) both in 2vs2, 3v3 and mainly in 5v5.
