Resilience mitigation bugged?

It appears that the formula that determines the reduction provided by resilience is currenty bugged and double penailizes talents that scale crit bonus damage. This bug results in some specs expierencing far greater reduction on crits then their targets resilience should provide.

gg coz lately it feels like pain from rogues dmg has very much increased and u say the resillience works better than it should then i dunno wtf will happen if they fix it
