If you make a team, imo you have a responsability to the team so they all get points.

I warned you not to make your team too big, because it will be difficult to give them all arena points. Imo 5 + 2 backup is all you need, that way it won't be such a problem making sure all 7 get 30%.

However, it's nice to see the "team spirit" => "screw the rest of the team members, let's just get points". In the end, it's your choice... in hate crew we lost 100 rating once so everyone gets points.. win together, lose together, that's the idea of a team.

Meaphly was online, Boldar was online (in case Sylv was busy, and you can't have 3 of the same class in one game).. to me it sounds like bullshit tbh :)

and cmon, for 1800-1900 rating I would understand.. but 1600? let's be serious, that's like having an improved 1500, you still get to play against the same crap teams..

And if you don't have that much confidence to play with your team on Tuesday, when only the low rated teams are on, what are you gonna do in the weekend when all the top teams are on? :P

And ofc each of you wanted to help, but there was someone in the team that didn't want, got pissed etc (that one little mofo right?)... Rivers whispered most of the team, and the replies were like this (I won't nominate the X-Y-Z unless you'll ask):

X: "I would really love to help, but Sylvannia doesn't want to"
Y: "Man Boldar got pissed when I told him we want to play 3 more games"
Z: "Sorry man, but Impious is leader and he said he doesn't want to risk losing rating"
W: "We just can't play today. Nakoda isn't here"

Everyone just used another team member as an excuse ;) funny, isn't it?
The most disappointing is... we're expecting to raid 25man and show team play there.. and even a 5->10 man proves difficult

Well, as a fact, my 5v5 team tried to get all members to 30% every week. Even if we lost a bit of rating as a consequence. However, for the time when we cannot bring someone to 30%, due to objective reasons, we have a 3v3 team that has about the same rating as the 5v5 one. Its much easier and less stressful to get someone to 30% in that team, where he/she gets 80% of the arena points we get in the 5v5. It is a loss, but a negligeable one. Just an idea :)

PS: not taking him to 30% for 3 games is gay.
PS2: u can play 3 of the same class.

Nope, they are restricted to members/special guess users.

If you have any arena member who wants to read the forum tell them to register to our forums, and you post here (or better send me or Felkin a PM ) their names and i will give them special guess user access level.
